Jewell E. Stone, age 73, of North Vernon, IN passed away October 15, 2010. She was born December 9, 1936 in Phil, KY to Thomas and Nettie Ann (Sallee) Pevley. She was a homemaker and a member of the Red Hat Society. She married Ival E. Stone and he survives along with her sons, David (Eileen), Donald (Jacki) and Daniel (Autumn); daughters, Cynthia (Craig) Kibby and Constance (Doug) Kelley; several half and step siblings, 13 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be Friday, October 22, at 10:00 AM at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, Greenwood, with burial to follow in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens. Visitation is Thursday from 4:00 to 8:00 PM at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to Chronic Disease Fund or Hospice of South Central Indiana.
