John S. Blake 81 passed away on October 31, 2007 at Greenwood Health and Living. John was born May 22, 1926 in Warren PA. He married his loving wife Mary Jane Smith on December 16, 1968 who survives, they enjoyed 38 years of loving marriage. John retired from RCA in 1987. He enjoyed hunting with a bow and fishing. He was a lifetime member of VFW post 1120 and was a past commander. John was a Navy veteran of WWII. John is survived by is two sons Stephen Smith , James Blake; five daughter Paula Pace, Stephanie Serikstand, Cynthia Barnhart, Marie Shelton, and Elaine Zimmerman; Daughter-In- Law Lois Blake; Seventeen grandchildren and 21 Great-grandchildren. Proceeded in death by John S. Blake Jr. Funeral service will be Monday, November 5, 2007 at 1:00PM at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, 1977 S. State Road 135, Greenwood, IN.
