Johnny Lee Liford - (66), Died Sunday, September 07, 2008 Beloved husband, born July 9, 1942 in Indianapolis, Indiana. He was very kind hearted and had a great deal of passion for his family and friends. He loved telling stories of his experiences and was ready to make you laugh. He kept his and our spirits up when life was hard. Unfortunately, he had been through so much in the last few years with his health and stayed with us as long as he could. He now walks on two legs and suffers no more pain. He will be desperately missed by all. He married his wife Jennifer Louise and spent 24 wonderful years together. He is survived by a brother, David and half-sister Gloria Gonzalez, two sons by a previous marriage Kevin Liford who passed away last year and Carl Liford, four children from his present marriage, Step-Daughters Pamela Fidler, Tina Atnip, Tammy Craig, Step-Son Robert Atnip and his wife Kim Atnip. Nine Grandchildren. He was a wonderful father and grandpa. Showing will be Wednesday 4pm -8pm at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens& Funeral Home, 1977 South State Road 135 Greenwood, Indiana 46143, Funeral services will be held on Thursday at 10am. Burial will follow.
