Mr. Johnathon L. 'Johnny' Hogue, Indianapolis, passed away Thursday, December 10, 2020. He was 35. Johnny was born August 20, 1985 in Indianapolis, Indiana a son of Richard D. Hogue and Cindy L. Ritter .Johnny was a self-employed contractor with Comcast Communications and was a member of the National Rifle Association (NRA).

Johnny is survived by his children, Madison, Emma and Johnathon (JD); his parents, Richard D. Hogue and Cindy L. Ritter; his brother, Joshua Hogue; his sister, Tiffany Carter; his paternal grandmother, Shirley Hogue; his maternal grandparents, Larry Pieper and Judy Pieper as well as two nieces and two nephews.

He is preceded in passing by his daughter, Hailey; his paternal grandfather, John Hogue and his maternal grandmother, Carol Pieper.

Services will be conducted at 2:00pm, Tuesday, December 22, 2020 at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, Greenwood. Burial will follow at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.

The family will receive friends from 12:00pm until the time of service Tuesday.

For those choosing to make a memorial contribution, the family has asked that those be offered to a trust for his children. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.

The safety of our families and visitors is of our utmost priority. Facial coverings and social distancing will be required and attendees will be limited to 25 people, per the Governor's mandate.
