Joseph W. Rock, 75, formerly of Grove City, Ohio, died Thursday, July 17, 2008 at his residence. He was born on September 30, 1932 in Waynesboro, PA . He attained a Bachelor''s Degree from Tennessee Temple University. He enjoyed sports of all types and his passion was ministering the Word of God. He is survived by his wife of 54 years: Betty Ford Rock, two daughters: Cathy (Rodney) Fitzsimmons, Susan Dice, brother: Ellis Sharrah, sister: Delores Bonner, two grandchildren: Lydia (Michael) Smith, Joshua (Melinda) Fitzsimmons, three great grandchildren: Collin and Chloe Smith, Philip Fitzsimmons. He was preceded in death by his mother: Irene Sharrah Rock, step father: Luther E. Sharrah. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, July 22, 2008 at Greenwood Bible Baptist Church. Visitation will be on Monday, from 4:00 - 8:00 PM, at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, 1977 S. St. Rd. 135, Greenwood, IN.
