JOYCE A. TUCKER Joyce A. Tucker, 75, passed away on February 27, 2011 , at her home in Greenwood,IN., surrounded by her loved ones. She was born in Greensburg PA on December 28, 1935 to the late Ralph and Ethel (Bovard) Wells. She was a former resident of Cambridge Springs, PA where she attended the University of Pittsburgh and Edinboro University of Pennsylvania. She was employed at Snap-tite in Union City, PA as an internal auditor and was a member of St. Paul''s Lutheran Church in Drakes Mills, PA. She also lived in Southington, CT where she was employed at Lake Compounce as Accounting Manager. She was most recently employed by Cad and Machine Services in Whiteland, IN. as an accountant. She is a member of Resurrection Lutheran Church in Indianapolis. She is survived by her husband Walter I. Tucker, son Robert (Diane) Voegele of Cambridge Springs, PA, daughters Cherie (Don) Wolfe of Greenwood, IN, Terri (Craig) Long of Toney, AL, brothers William (Bobbie) Wells of Carson City, NV, James (Andi) Wells of Galloway, NJ, step-sons Randy Tucker of Oberlin, OH, Richard (Jill) Tucker of Meadville, PA, David (Alyssa) Tucker of Edinboro, PA, granddaughters Stefanie Wolfe, Stacie Wolfe and Rachel Long and great grandson Jaidon Albers. Joyce had a never ending thirst for traveling, camping, visiting museums, Native American sites in the West, gardening and reading. Visitation will be at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, S.R. 135 in Greenwood on Friday, March 4th, 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, March 5th, 9:30 AM at Resurrection Lutheran Church on 445 East Stop 11 Rd. with a funeral service following at 10.30 AM. The family has requested that in lieu of flowers, a donation may be made to the "Building on Promises Appeal" at Resurrection Lutheran Church.
