Juanita Mullins Logan, 79, of Bargersville, Indiana, passed away September 21, 2017 at Greenwood Healthcare in Greenwood, Indiana. The daughter of Joe and Minnie Waddell Mullins, Juanita was born August 21, 1938 in Seco, Kentucky.

A homemaker, Juanita had previously worked for Diamond Chain, RCA and Bridgeport Brass. She was a member of the former Jubilee Full Gospel Church in Fountain Square. Juanita was a dog lover, especially of her chihuahua, Tucker and her poodle, Muffin.

On September 15, 1956, she married George G. Logan, and he survives. Other survivors include her daughters, Patty (Bracken) Logan Rork of Danville and Kathy (Randy) Shostrand of Camby; brothers, Donald Mullins of Carmel and Thomas (Claire) Mullins of Indianapolis; five grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Juanita was preceded in death by her son, Philip W. Logan in 2010 and several brothers and sisters.

Visitation will be held September 26, 2017 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Forest Lawn Funeral Home - 1977 South State Road 135, Greenwood. Funeral services will be conducted 10:00 a.m. September 27, 2017 at the funeral home. Burial at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.
