Juanita Walton, age 94, of Indianapolis, passed away March 23, 2011. She was born May 15, 1916 in Hazard, Kentucky to James and Lillian (Begley) Woods. Juanita was a homemaker who enjoyed growing her flowers, sewing, cooking and spending time with her family. Juanita married Charles Walton in September, 1945 and he preceded her in death in 1996. Juanita is survived by her sons, Robert L. (Jennifer) Morgan, John E. (Elda), and Chuck (Pam) Walton; daughter, Charlotte Johnson, 13 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and one brother Mike Gilkerson. Funeral services will be Saturday, March 26, 2011 at 2:00 PM at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, Greenwood, with burial to follow in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens. Visitation is Saturday from Noon until service time at the funeral home.
