Judith "Judy" Carolyn Calvert, Stilesville, IN, passed away on Thursday, January 4, 2024. She was 81 years old. Judy was born in Indianapolis, IN to her parents John and Winnie Stover. Judy married her husband, Clyde Calvert, and together they shared over 60 years of marriage.
Judy served her family as a homemaker and was a member of the pentecostal faith for the majority of her life. Judy enjoyed shopping with her husband at yard sales; she loved purchasing clocks to grow her collection. Judy raised and groomed puppies. She had a special affinity for her best friend, Brandy, the toy poodle. Judy was a caring and loving woman. She never met a stranger and welcomed people into her life with open arms. Judy will be dearly missed by her many friends.
Judy is survived by her son, Timothy (Jodie) Calvert; her grandchildren, Lyric Rain Calvert, Alexis Payne Calvert and Ashley Ford; her several nieces and nephews.
Judy is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Clyde Calvert; her son Clyde Cameron Calvert; her many siblings.
Judy will be buried at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens at 12:00 pm on Friday, January 12, 2024.
