Judith Ellen Lattimore, age 71, of Greenwood, went home to be with her Lord on Friday, December 20, 2013. Judith was born in Indianapolis on April 11, 1942 to O.G. and Margaret L. (Hicks) Lattimore. Even though she was afflicted with cerebral palsy from birth, Judith was a loving and caring person who enjoyed spending time with her family. Her mother, Margaret, took care of Judith until age 83.
Judith loved to wear different hats and spread cheer to those around her. She enjoyed BINGO, coloring books, puzzles, going to Bradford Woods, collecting monkeys, horses and soda pop tabs for the Ronald McDonald House. Judith was a member of Greenwood Christian Church and the Cerebral Palsy Clinic Group of Riley Hospital for Children.
She was a wonderful person and a delight to be around; she will be sorely missed by all who knew her.
Judith is survived by her twin brother, Jerry (Sandy) Lattimore and Jim (Ann) Lattimore; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by both of her parents.
Funeral services will be conducted on Thursday, December 26, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. at Forest Lawn Funeral Home Greenwood with entombment to follow in Washington Park East Cemetery. Visitation will be from 12:00 p.m. until service time at Forest Lawn.
