In Memory of Judith Ann Wolgamott, born September 23, 1942 and left this world September 22, 2022. Born in Anderson, Indiana where she attended Anderson High School for 2 years before her family relocated to Indianapolis and later graduated from Arsenal Technical H.S. Recipient of the National Honor Society and played in the Marching Band, music was a big part of her life as she had enthusiasm for dancing, especially square dancing. One of her favorite movies was The Sound of Music.
Judy shined for all the wonderful Holiday parties she hosted over the years. She had the gift of wonderful cooking and baking most all the traditional meals and treats. Her family always looked forward to that time of year for celebrations. She enjoyed camping and traveling and lived in southwest Florida for 10 years before returning to her roots. She adored all her furry friends that she had as pets and companions.
Preceded in death by her parents Judson and Evelyn (Fern) Wolgamott, Sister Sally Poole, Brother Michael Wolgamott, first husband Thomas H. Markey, Sons Thomas A. Markey and  Kirk Markey. Survived by sons, Christopher Hamilton (spouse Dawn) and Wade Markey (spouse Amy), brother Mark Wolgamott (spouse Pamela) as well as 3 granddaughters and 3 great grandchildren. She will be missed by so many others as well whose lives she touched. Soar high dear mother.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 pm, Wednesday, September 28, 2022 at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, Greenwood, with Pastor John Jones officiating. She will be laid to rest at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens following the services.
The family will receive friends from 11:00 am until 1:00pm on Wednesday, September 28, 2022  at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, Greenwood.
