Kara Sue Nelson, 54, passed away June 12, 2018. She was born December 17, 1963 in Corpus Christi, TX to Larry L. and Janie (Rike) Graphman.

Kara had an amazingly beautiful personality. She always had a smile on her face and her sense of humor was her trademark. She was always making people laugh and in turn her laugh was contagious, bright and cheerful. She was a wonderful mother and an exceptional daughter. She had a gorgeous singing voice that could stun a crowded room to silence. She loved her family which was her whole life. She was so generous and caring, whether it be cooking for family or helping out a friend in need, she was always there.

She is survived by her loving husband of 29 years, Roger Nelson; parents, Larry L. and Janie Graphman; mother and father in law, Melvin and Ruby Nelson; son, Alex Watson; daughters, Sara Watson and April (Matthew) Thomas; brother, Larry M. (Ronda) Graphman; sister, Beth (David) Rakes; grandchildren, Emma Turner, Atreyu Watson, Colton Watson, Auroura Williams and Jude Thomas and numerous nieces and nephews.
