Kathlene Grubb 78 went home to be with her Lord and Savior, Thursday, March 4, 2010. She was born May 9, 1931 to the late James and Mahlia in Mills, KY. She was preceded in passing by her husband, Allen Sr. Grubb, and her parents. Survivors include her sons, Allen Jr. "Buddy" (Debbie), Larry (Mashell), Mark ,family friend and adopted son, Leon (Skee) Gary; Daughters, Phyllis Ward (Kenny), Judy Esselborn, Jacquline Grubb-Jaggers ; ten grandchildren Keeli Cox (Chris), Lyndi Grubb (Tony Gaver), Brandi Spaulding (Matt), Christina Foster (Joe), Shannon Kerns (Michael), Jamie Ward, Ryan and Joe Esselborn, Lizzy and Patrick Jaggers; three great grandchildren, Gavin Cox, Morgan Ward, and Ireland Grace Kerns. Kathlene enjoyed traveling and spending time quilting. She took pleasure in cooking and the occasional putt-putt. Most importantly she enjoyed her family and put them first and foremost, always. Visitation will be held at Tuesday, March 9, 2010 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, in Greenwood, Indiana. Services will be conducted by Pastor Steve Maxey on Wednesday, March 10, 2010 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will take place in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.
