Keith Butler, 48, went to be with the Lord on August 3, 2007 at his residence in Valrico, Florida. Keith was born February 10, 1959 in Indianapolis, Indiana. Keith is survived by his parents and step-parents James W. and Marvette A. Carroll of Glasgow, Kentucky, Prentice E. And Carol J. Butler of Lehigh Acres, Florida, his daughter Heather R. Butler and Longtime companion Vicki S. Price, sisters; Sharlene A. (Fred) Carson, Denise C. Young and Teresa (Eric) Pickhart, nieces, nephews, his dog Arizona and many friends.
