Keith L. Pemberton, 80, passed away on October 27, 2011. He was married to Barbara for 57 years, with two sons Scott and Eric. Sergeant- United States Marine Corps. Graduated from Manual High School, attended Butler University, and Indiana Central College (now University of Indianapolis). He was employed by Indiana Bell Telephone Company, Owner/Operator of six Mister Clark''s Appliance Stores, Night Auditor Howard Johnson, Crown Plaza, and Adams Mark Hotels. Past President Twin Aire and Southern Plaza Merchants Association, Vice President MCA Inc., President CEO KLP, Inc. Band member Butler University, U.S. Marine Corp, Indiana State American Legion Band. Member Order of DeMolay, Marine Corps League, Marine Corps Musicians Association, American Legion Greenwood Post 252. Survivors; wife, Barbara; two sons, Scott and Eric; siblings, Jene Pemberton, Betty Hoover, Ora Pemberton. Preceded in death by, his father, Rev. Ora C. Pemberton, Sr., mother, Emma Pemberton; and one brother, Robert Pemberton. Services will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Monday, October 31, 2011 at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens and Funeral Home, 1977 South State Road 135, Greenwood, IN. Family will receive friends at 10:00 a.m. A military burial will be held immediately after the service in the cemetery on the grounds of the funeral home.
