Kenneth "Joe" Avery, 53, of Greenwood, IN died Monday, June 21, 2010. Joe was born July 28, 1956 in Beech Grove IN. He was working at Superior Liquors as a sales clerk. Prior he had worked at Central Machine. Surviving are his mother: Barbara Avery. Two sons and a daughter in-law: Josh and Tabitha Avery, Jeremy Avery. One daughter and son-in-law: Jami and Jerry Haddock. Two brothers and a sister-in-law: Paul Leon and Terry Blankenship, Kevin Kennedy. Four sisters and brother-in-laws: Teresa and Joe Windsor, Brenda and Dave Neathery, Robin and Deon Pike, and Shelly and Mike Davis. Four grandchildren: Alexandria, Keira, Alexia and Carson. Several nieces and nephews. He is preceded by his father Paul L. Avery, and a granddaughter: Arianna. Family will receive friends 5-8 PM Wednesday. Funeral service will be 10:30 AM Thursday at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens and Funeral Home, 1977 South State Road 135, Greenwood, IN 46143.
