Kenneth Allen Bailey, 74, of Avon Park, Florida, formerly of Beech Grove, passed away November 24, 2014 in Florida.
Born August 28, 1940 in Evansville, Indiana, he was the son of the late Floyd and Eunice (Bandy) Bailey. He was a graduate of Beech Grove High School. On June 16, 1962, he married Betty Carolyn (Walker) in Beech Grove. Kenneth worked as a police officer in Beech Grove for twenty years retiring in 1988. He was a life member of the International Order of The Juvenile Association, where he served as president, a member of the Beech Grove Promoters Club, and a member of the Highlands Ridge Mens Golf Association.

He is survived by his wife Carolyn; two sons, Gregory Bailey, and Brian (Joyce) Bailey; two brothers, Phillip (Glenys) Bailey, and John (Shirley) Bailey. He was preceded in death by his parents.

A memorial service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday December 6, 2014 at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, 1977 South State Road 135, Greenwood, IN 46143.
