Larry Wesley Peyton, 66, of Indianapolis passed away July 18, 2014 in Jeffersonville, IN. He was born February 22, 1948 in Liberty, Kentucky to Herman and Helen (Randolph) Peyton - Titze. Larry was a very giving person with a carefree spirit who traveled the country leaving a lasting impression with everyone he met. He enjoyed gospel music, cars and racing. He loved tinkering with anything that had wheels, and especially his dog, Blade.
He is survived by his mother, Helen Titze; Fianc, Elizabeth Wyckoff ; son, Donald Peyton ;a daughter, Melody Peyton; four brothers, Herman, Sam, and Ed Peyton, and Danny Long; eight sisters, Carolyn Stephens, Nancy Caparas, Margie Frazier, Bonnie Swartz, Barbara Fisher, Lovene Clark, Teresa Peyton, and Brenda Long. He was preceded in death by his father, and son, Jason Wesley Peyton. Funeral services will be conducted at 7:00 p.m. Tuesday July 22, 2014 at Forest Lawn Funeral Home. Friends may call from 5: 00 p.m. until time of service Tuesday at the funeral home.
