Laura Faye Lynn, 89, of Franklin passed away April 28, 2019. She was born October 27, 1929 in Liberty, KY to Welby and Sara Allen.

Laura was the oldest member of Faith Missionary Baptist Church and loved church and listening to gospel music. In her younger years she enjoyed visiting and going on mini church vacations with friends and having coffee with her brother.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 47 years, Stanley Lynn and brothers, Kenneth and Minard Allen.

Laura is survived by her daughter, Sherry Lynn; brother, Ray Allen; grandchildren, Karen Matthews and Derick (Candi) Martin; great grandchildren, DJ Martin, Levi Martin, and Audrey Matthews; and canine companions, Bella and Pebbles.

Graveside services will be held on Friday, May 3, 2019 at 10:00 am in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens, 1977 S. State Rd. 135, Greenwood.
