Lena C. Mansfield "Lee" passed away on February 21, 2013 at St. Francis Hospital, Indianapolis. She was born in Canton, Ohio on February 8, 1926 to her parents, Rose and Vito Buch, who have since passed away. Lena graduated from Timken Vocational High School in 1944; was a previous member of St. Anthony Catholic Church in Canton, Ohio. In 1949, she moved to Indianapolis, Indiana where she met and married George William Mansfield at SS. Peter and Paul Cathedral. Since 1953, she has been a member of St. Bernadette Catholic Church.

She retired from Anchor Glass Container, formerly Glass Containers, after 24 years. She was a member of V.F.W. Ladies Auxiliary Post #2999 .

She was preceded in death by her parents, six brothers; five sisters; daughter, Sharon Ann; grandson, Christopher Zavela and long time friend, Donald M. King. Lena is survived by son, David; three daughters, Lynda (David) Toops, Judith (Jim) Greeson and Yvonne (Larry) O''Brien; one granddaughter; nine grandsons; 16 great-grandchildren; and the love of her later years, her dog, Duke, who made her later years a joy to be needed and loved.

Funeral services will be held on February 25, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. at Forest Lawn Funeral Home - 1977 South State Road 135, Greenwood, Indiana. Burial will follow at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens, Greenwood. Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on February 25, 2013 at the funeral home.
