Leo Hastings Foster, Indianapolis, passed away on the early morning of Monday, May 27, 2024. He was 96 years old. Leo was born in Martinsville, IN to his parents, Leroy and Mary Foster. Leo married his wife, Betty, in 1951 and together they shared 66 years of marriage until Betty passed away in 2017. Leo answered the call of this nation by enlisting into the United States Navy and after his period of faithful service was honorably discharged. Leo retired from Allison's after several dedicated years of service as an engineer.
A visitation for Leo will be held on Thursday, May 30, 2024, at Forest Lawn Funeral Home from 9:30 am to 10:30 am. The funeral service will be on Thursday, May 30, 2024 at 10:30 am. Burial will immediately follow at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens at 11:30 am.
