Lillie (Hendrickson) Elliott, 89, of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away, in Bargersville surrounded by her family January 10, 2021.  She was born September 29, 1931 in Kettle Island, Kentucky to the late George and Bertha (Rice) Hendrickson.

Lillie moved to Indiana in the early 1960's where she met and married Carl D. Elliott in March of 1961.  He was the love of her life and after his passing in 1989, she never remarried.  She worked at Blocks/Lazarus for 19 years as a sales associate until she retired in the mid-1980's.  After retirement, Lillie enjoyed gardening and spending time with family and friends. She loved nothing more than visiting with family, especially her granddaughters and great-grandchildren.

Lillie is survived by her daughter, Carla (Elmer) Roy; grandchildren, Shauna M. (Robert) Crowell, and Sarah L. (Frank) Tortella; great grandchildren, Addison, Katrina, Callie, Eva, Frankie, and Jimmy; and siblings, Marion and Esther.

In addition to her parents and husband, Carl, Lillie was preceded in death by seven siblings.

Family will receive friends Monday, January 18 from 12:30pm to 2:00pm at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, 1977 S. State Road 135, Greenwood, IN  46143, with service to follow at 2:00pm.
