Lisa Annette Neel, 49, of Indianapolis, died Friday, October 3, 2008 after a lengthy illness. She was born on September 29, 1959 to J.D. Emberton and Nancy L. Stinnett. She was a member of Grace Evangelical Church, working with Rainbow Girls, and had won 1st place, best cook, for dirt pudding. She enjoyed bowling and travelling. Survivors include: her parents, her husband: Jeff S. Neel, son: Stuart Quakenbush Jr., daughter: Wendy Quakenbush, brother: Paul Emberton, sister: Kimberly Willever and grand daughter: Emma. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, October 8, 2008 at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, 1977 S. St. Rd. 135, Greenwood, IN. Visitation will be from 12:00 until time of service.
