Lorene Magee, age 89, of Indianapolis passed away Monday, November 25, 2013. She was born July 17, 1924 in Indianapolis to Oliver Justis and Helen Louise (DeBruler) Ferris. Lorene was a graduate of Arsenal Technical High School with the Class of 1942. Lorene married Lemoine Magee on March 16, 1946 and spent a wonderful 67 years together. She loved spending time with her family and friends and will be missed by all who knew her.

She is survived by her husband, son, Gary Magee and his wife, Linda, of Greenwood; granddaughter, Carrie Magee of Franklin, granddaughter Leslie Tilford and husband, Troy, of Plainfield, IL; great grandchildren Thomas and Alyssa Tilford.

Graveside services will be conducted Friday, November 29, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at the Ben Franklin Mausoleum of Forest Lawn Memory Gardens, Greenwood. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions to Alzheimer''s Association, 50 East 91st Street, Suite 100, Indianapolis, IN 46240
