Lorene R. Parrish, 87 passed away on Saturday June 7, 2025. She was born to the late Vernis and Eva Back.

She will be loved and always remembered by her family and friends for her compassion and caring for others. She enjoyed her 27 year career with Eli Lilly and Company. In her retirement, she was an avid reader, care giver and enjoyed time with family (especially her Grandson as they had a special bond and numerous special sister-in-laws).

She married Chanie Parrish on July 2, 1960 and they had two children, Mark Anthony Parrish (deceased) and Lee Ann Costelow (Greg) of Naples, Florida.

She is survived by Daughter Lee Ann, Grandson Drew Costelow and Sister Lois Marchiny. She was proceed in death by her Father Vernis, Mother Eva, Sisters Doylene and Velva June, Brothers John Lee, Paul, Lundy and Infant Brothers Tommy and Earnest.

Visitation for Lorene will be held Sunday June 22, 2025 at 2:00p followed by a Celebration of Life Ceramony at 3:00p. Entombment will be Monday June 23, 2025 at 9:00a. Services to be held at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens and Funeral Home 1977 South St Rd 135 Greenwood, IN. 46143.
