Lucy Maxine Eyster, age 90, of Indianapolis, passed away Monday September27. She was born August 7, 1920 in Richmond, IN to Arthur and Helen Marie (Slick) Ford. She was the soda fountain manager at Woolworth until retirement in 1982. Lucy married Glenn Eyster and he preceded her in death January 30, 1979.She was a member of Edgewood United Methodist Church and Southport Order of the Eastern Star. She is survived by one daughter, Linda Eyster; two nephews, David Lasiter and Patrick Canada. She was also preceded in death by one son, Robert, two brothers and one sister. The Order of the Eastern Star will hold a Memorial Service at 1:30 PM on Thursday followed by the funeral service at 2:00PM at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, Greenwood. Visitation is from Noon until service time. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens. The family requests memorial contributions to Edgewood United Methodist Church.
