Lula Ann "LuAnn" Allen, 85, passed away peacefully on August 19,2025.  She was born on September 30, 1939, in Kentucky to Everett and Bertha Lyles.

LuAnn had a deep love for her family and cherished the time spent with them. She is survived by her son, Troy (Jill) Allen; daughter, Susan (Jim) Morris; stepsons, Del (Linda) Allen and Dennis (Donna) Allen; and many Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren.

Luann had a very tight knit family of 7 brothers and sisters.  She was extremely close with them, and when her sister moved to Florida, would visit her several times a year.

Known for her unique spirit, LuAnn loved family gatherings, playing cards, traveling and cooking—especially desserts that became family favorites. She was an avid Elvis Presley fan, and his music was always close to her heart. Traveling to Las Vegas and visiting casinos near home brought her much enjoyment and adventure.

LuAnn will be remembered for her kindness, her laughter, her feisty sense of humor, and the love she poured into every part of her life. Her family and friends will carry her memory with them always.

A visitation for Lula will be held on Thursday, September 4, 2025, at Forest Lawn Funeral Home from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm. The funeral service will be on Thursday, September 4, 2025, at 1:30 pm. Burial will immediately follow at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens at 2:30pm.
