Loretta was a high school graduate and was an executive secretary. She married Jack L. Cooper on December 15, 1956 and together they had 2 children.

Loretta was preceded in death by her loving husband, Jack L. Cooper and brother, Ernie Snyder.

She is survived by her son, Gary J. (Regena) Cooper; daughter, Teresa E. (Rick) Smith; sister, Molly (Larry) Minor; brother, Harold (Jean) Snyder; sister in law, Toni Snyder; grandchildren, Robert A. (Jeri) Cooper, Christina L. Cooper, Theodore R. (Jessi) Cooper, Joseph (Nancy) Cooper, and Thomas J. Smith; step granddaughters, Tiffany Smith and Sarah Richardson and 10 great grandsons.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 19, 2018 from 12:00 pm – 2:00 pm with a funeral service at 2:00 pm in Forest Lawn Funeral Home, 1977 S. State Rd. 135, Greenwood. Entombment will follow in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens. The family requests casual wear, preferably something yellow.
