Marcus James Anthony Grubb, 56, of Indianapolis, passed away on Sunday, February 22, 2026.

Marcus (Mark) was born on September 12, 1969, to his parents, Allen and Kathlene Grubb. Mark graduated from Emmanuel Baptist School. He continued his education at Ivy Tech College earning an associate's degree. Mark was a dedicated employee of Labcorp with 36 years of service as a Sr. Data Manager.

Mark had a witty sense of humor. He was the family I.T. guru, liked various cuisines, and assorted music genres. He was an avid sports fan, particularly enjoying the Indiana University Hoosiers and Florida State Seminoles.

Mark leaves behind his siblings, Allen Grubb Jr. (Deborah), Phyllis Ward (Kenny), Judy Davis (Jim), Jackie Grubb-Jaggers; sister-in-law, Mashell Grubb; several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

Mark is preceded in death by his parents; brother, Larry Grubb; niece, Jamie Ward.

Visitation will be Wednesday, March 4, 2026, from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, Greenwood, Indiana. The funeral service will be Thursday, March 5, 2026, at 12:30 pm with visitation one hour prior. Burial will immediately follow at Forest Lawn Cemetery, Greenwood, Indiana.
