Margaret Winna Beasley passed away at St. Francis Hospital Beech Grove on Tuesday, March 24, 2009. She was 89 years old. Margaret was born on March 4, 1920 to Ashford and Dora (Carey) Million. She married Everett Beasley on December 10, 1939, he preceded her in death. She is survived by a son, Jerry (Linda) Beasley; a daughter, Becky Beasley; and a grandson, Scott Beasley. Also surviving are 2 sisters, Matha Taylor and Judy (Robert) Garrison, as well as 3 brothers, Eugene Million, William Million and Charles Million. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and three brothers, Ashford Million, Jr., Randle Million and Wayne Million. Margaret graduated from Franklin High School, and was a member of the Order of Eastern Star, Prospect Chapter. Nothing was more important to Margaret than her family and her home. She enjoyed watching the Indianapolis Colts, Cincinnati Red, and Indiana University Basketball, as well as playing cards, yard work and bingo. A private service will be held at Forest Lawn Funeral Home and burial will be at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens. Please make any memorial contributions to the Johnson County Humane Society.
