Margaret M. Konieczny, 88 of Indianapolis passed away on Sunday, April 26, 2026. She was born to the late John and Margaret Konieczny on July 29, 1937 in Chicago, ILL.

Margaret was a Legal Secretary to Judge Michale Tancy in Elwood until 1966 when she moved to Indianapolis with her parents. She was a secretary at Indiana National Bank, retiring in 1996 and retired from Bank of Indianapolis in 2004.

Margaret is proceeded in death by both parents. She is survived by her brother Robert (Linda) Konieczny and her five nieces Kathleen (Patrick) Whitsett, Elizabeth (Frank), Margaret (Tommy), Susan (Chris) and Samantha (Dirk).

A visitation will be Monday, May 4, 2026 from 10:30 am until the time of service at Forest Lawn Funeral Home. A funeral service will begin at 11:30 am at the funeral home. Margaret will be laid to rest at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens
