Margaret Lorene Lattimore, 95, of Greenwood passed away on Wednesday, January 5, 2011. She was born to the late Loren Dowel and Forest Gertrude (Maze) Hicks. Margaret was a member of Greenwood Christian Church where she was a Sunday Greeter and a Sunday School Teacher. She was also a member of the Martha Circle, Faith Builders Class, and a Cerebral Palsy Foundation Volunteer. Margaret cared for her daughter (Judy) for 68 years who has cerebral palsy. Margaret was preceded in death by her loving husband, Otis Gerald Lattimore. Survivors include two sons, James (Ann) Lattimore, Jerry (Sandy) Lattimore; one daughter, Judy Lattimore; seven grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. Family and friends will gather on Saturday, January 8, 2011 from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM in Forest Lawn Funeral Home with a service immediately following also in the funeral home. Rev. Shan Rutherford will be officiating. Burial will be in Washington Park East Cemetery.
