Margaret Louise Rather, 83 of Greenwood, passed away on Friday, January 21, 2011. She was born in Franklin to the late Ray and Glenna Young. She was a member of Christ United Methodist Church on US 31. Louise retired from Von Duprin in 1992. She was also formerly employed at Ingersoll-Rand, Allison''s Transmission in the art department (Speedway), and McQuay-Norris. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clyde Rather; one son; William C. Rather, Sr.; one daughter, Beth Sears; one brother, Robert Young. Survivors include, two daughters, Linda L. Rather, Heather A. Rather; two grandchildren, William C. Rather, Jr. (Minta), Khrysteen M. Edwards; one great-grandchild, Kyla Rather. Family and friends will gather on Monday, January 24, 2011 in Forest Lawn Funeral Home from 3:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. with private service following.
