Margaret A. Mullins, 93, of Indianapolis passed away August 23, 2016. She was born April 30, 1923 in Coal City, West Virginia to Leonard and Viola Shrewsbury, both preceding her in death.

Margaret was the president of the Ladies Auxiliary, Post 5864. She enjoyed quilting, needlepoint and reading.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Lawrence Harrol Mullins; son, Roger Lee Mullins; 7 brothers and sisters and 1 grandchild.

Margaret is survived by her son, Lawrence Harrol Mullins Jr. (Katherine Woolridge); daughters, Vicki Lynn Mullins, Paula Kay (Patrick, deceased) Anglin and Connie Sue (Ronald E. Spratt Sr., deceased) Spratt; sister, Irma Lee Abbott; 12 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Monday, August 29 from 12 pm - 2 pm with a funeral service at 2 pm in Forest Lawn Funeral Home, 1977 S. State Rd. 135, Greenwood. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to: Alzheimer''s Association, 50 E. 91st St., Suite #100, Indianapolis, IN 46240.
