Marjorie M. Burk, 88, of Greenwood passed away Wednesday, October 15, 2008 at Community Hospital South in Indianapolis. Mrs. Burk was a retired Executive Secretary within the insurance business and loved the desert and traveling to the West. She was a member of the Greenwood Presbyterian Church. Leaving behind to mourn her loss is her daughter, Linda Stephens of Greenwood and granddaughter, Casey Burk Owen. Preceding Marjorie in death was her husband, William I. Burk; parents, Roy E. and Lorena C. Doran Sing; sister, Helen Johnson. Visitation will be from 12:00-2:00 pm Friday, October 17, 2008 with services beginning at 2:00 pm at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, 1977 South State Road 135, Greenwood, IN 46143.
