Obituary

Marjorie Brookshire Hall Miller, 93, passed away September 6, 2016 at her Indianapolis residence. The daughter of Tracy Monroe and Mary Ella Brookshire Hall, Marjorie was born December 28, 1921 in Bowling Green, Kentucky.

Marjorie was baptized in Fleming Garden Christian Church of Bowling Green. She enjoyed cooking, sewing, gardening and shopping.

A homemaker, Marjorie is survived by son, Milton T. Miller of Englewood, Florida; daughter, Denice G. (Michael) Isom of Monrovia; brother, M. Allison Hall of Bowling Green; sisters, Mariana Bilbrey of Arizona and Tracine V. Owens of Bowling Green; seven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren and one great-great-granddaughter. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Lee R. Miller, whom she married on March 27, 1944 in Nashville, Tennessee; two sons, Royce Miller, Jr. and Stephen W. Miller; brother, Thomas Hall and sister, Bonita Springs.

Services 1:30 p.m. September 10, 2015 at Forest Lawn Funeral Home - 1977 South State Road 135, Greenwood, where friends may call after 11:30 a.m. Burial: Forest Lawn Memory Gardens, Greenwood.
