Marjorie Ruth Karch, 87, of Acton, passed away July 2, 2012. The daughter of Francis and Estella Darland Gorton, Marjorie was born September 13, 1924 in Kingfisher County, Oklahoma.
She was a retired billing clerk with Liquid Transport Container.
Services 7:30 p.m. July 5, 2012 in Forest Lawn Funeral Home - 1977 S State Road 135, where friends may call after 4:30 p.m. Private family burial at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens, Greenwood.
Marjorie is survived by daughter, Ruth A. Karch; grandchildren, Irvin Kamman and Rebecca Gurley; sister in laws, Pat Evans, Eileen Owens and Mary Anderson. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, R. Gene Karch; son, Daniel E. Karch; daughter, Hazel Kamman Clayton; grandson, John Lee Kamman; brothers, Ivan and Merle Gorton and sisters, Vera States and Marjorie Gorton.
