Mark A. Parrish, 49, formerly of Indianapolis, IN, passed away February 6, 2012 at Methodist Le Bonheur Germantown Hospital. Mark is survived by his parents, Chanie and Lorene Parrish; sister, Lee Ann Costelow (Greg); and nephew, Drew Costelow and all his friends. Mark was a pharmacy manager for Walgreens for 26 years. The family requests memorial contributions be sent to the American Cancer Society.
Funeral services will be 3:30 p.m. Saturday February 11, 2012 at Forest Lawn Funeral Home 1977 S. State Road 135 Greenwood, IN. Entombment will follow at Forest Lawn Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2:30 until 3:30 p.m. at the funeral home. www.forestlawncemetery-fh.com
