Marlene L. Collins, 69, of Greenwood, passed away February 16, 2017. The daughter of Merle and Edna Taylor Renner, Marlene was born September 22, 1947 in Beech Grove.

She worked as a cashier and payroll clerk in the grocery market. Marlene enjoyed knitting and crocheting, baking, photography, genealogy, reading mysteries and love stories and watching the Rachael Ray Show.

Marlene is survived by her husband, Ronald F. Collins of Greenwood; daughters, Sherri Lynne (Danny) Hardin of Indianapolis and Rhonda Lee Collins of Sheridan; brother, Ricky Lee (Delana) Renner of Indianapolis and sister, Vicky Bee Collins of Greenwood; grandsons, Ryan A. (Jessica L.) Carlton and Carl M. Carlton, both of Indianapolis and great-grandchildren, Ryleigh N. Carlton, Gracyn L. Carlton and Michael A. Carlton.

Funeral services 12:00 p.m. February 21, 2017 at Forest Lawn Funeral Home - 1977 South State Road 135, Greenwood, where friends may call after 10:00 a.m. Entombment will follow at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens, Greenwood.
