Marlene Rose Stevenson, 80 of Greenwood passed away on December 27, 2018. Marlene was born in Indianapolis, Indiana on February 22, 1938 to Leonard and Bertha Lutz. Marlene was a very energetic, independent woman. If you knew her, you knew she wasn't afraid to speak her mind. Marlene enjoyed old movies and boat rides. She battled cancer like a warrior, during those times; she encouraged and touched many people's lives. She was a member of the Senior Social Center in Greenwood. She loved her cafeteria ladies, often calling them "her girls". Marlene will be remembered as the sweetheart she was. She loved her family and will be greatly missed.

Marlene is preceded in death by her parents and loving husband Robert Stevenson.

She is survived by her children, Brian (Susie) Stevenson and Dianna (Kurt) Vleck; sister, Jeanette Fine; grandchildren, Andy Stevenson, Jamie Stevenson, Rachel (Austin) Arnett, Derek (Brittany) Vleck and Walker Vleck; great grandchildren, Ryder Vleck, Ruger Vleck, Harper Arnett and Piper Arnett.
