Obituary

Marlin L. McFetridge, 93, of Franklin, IN passed away Sunday February 3, 2019, a t Homeview Health Center.  He was born in Hazelton, IN to the late Quincy a nd Fannie McFetridge.

He married Bonnie J. Huffman on April 16, 1950, in Vincennes, IN.

He is survived by his children, Terry (Terri) McFetridge, New Whiteland, IN, Marty Bradley of Franklin, IN, Todd McFetridge of New Whiteland, IN, Penny (David) Brant of Franklin, IN, and Jody McFetridge of Franklin, IN; 11 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; and brother, Everett McFetridge of Vincennes, IN.

He was preceded in death by Bonnie J. McFetridge his wife of 63 years; and brothers, Clayton and Glenn McFetridge.

Marlin was a Tool & Die designer for 40 years in the Indianapolis area. He s erved his country from 1943-1947 in the Navy on the destroyer USS Terry DD513. Marlin was a member of Solid Rock Assembly of God in Whiteland, IN. He loved life, wife and family. Marlin enjoyed building anything out of wood. Pastor Dan Chappelow of Solid Rock Assembly of God will conduct the services o n Saturday, Feb. 9th at 11:00 AM at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, 1977 S. SR 135 Greenwood, IN. Visitation will be on Friday, Feb. 8th from 4:00PM-8:00PM, also in the funeral home.
