Marshall B. Plummer, 76, of Whiteland, passed away December 10, 2014. Born August 10, 1938 in Greenwood, he was the son of the late Marvin and Helen (Ketring) Plummer. He was a 1956 graduate of Clark High School in Whiteland. On June 8, 1957, he married Donna Whitaker in Franklin, Indiana. Marshall retired from Eli Lilly after twenty seven years of service. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army Reserve. He enjoyed attending sporting events with his sons, grandchildren and great grandchildren. He was an avid IU Basketball and Cincinnati Reds fan. Survivors are his wife, Donna; two sons, Rick (Dottie) Plummer and Mike (Teresa) Plummer; a brother, Marvin Plummer; four grandchildren and five great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, and a brother, Richard Plummer. Funeral services will be at 10:00 am Tuesday December 16, 2014 in Forest Lawn Funeral Home, 1977 South S.R. 135, Greenwood, IN 46143. Friends may call Monday, Dec. 15, 2014 from 4:00 - 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Entombment will follow at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.
