Martha L. Butler, age 85, of Indianapolis passed away November 11, 2013. Born June 3, 1928 in Albuquerque, NM, she was the daughter of the late James T. and Eleanore (Sadler) Anderson.
She married Fay S. Butler on September 1, 1944. Martha worked as an accountant in the school systems for several years.
She was active with the Women''s Missionary Union of The Southern Baptist Convention. She and her husband were founders of Calvary Baptist Church, Greenwood in 1963.

She is survived by three sons, James (Bobbi) Butler, Stephen (Sandra) Butler, and Nathan (Terry) Butler; two daughters, Kathleen Butler, and Joy (Ronald) Clark; two sisters, Rusty Starks, and Gretchen Lundell, and sixty-five grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her husband, and daughter, Margaret Sue Leftwich. Funeral services will be Thursday November 14, 2013, 1:00 PM at Trinity Southern Baptist Church, 375 E. Southport Rd.,
