Martha C. Carter, age 77, of Indianapolis, passed away July 16, 2016. The daughter of George and Lola E. Key Bradley, Martha was born March 19, 1939 in Gallatin, Tennessee.

Martha retired from Community Hospital South, where she worked as a clinical technician. She enjoyed cooking, sewing and gardening.

She is survived by son, Timothy A. (Joyce) Carter of Elizabethtown, IN; daughter, Carol Lynn Carter of Indianapolis; brother, David H. Bradley of Indianapolis; sister, Glendora Wilson of Indianapolis; grandchildren, Chad, Nicole, Jessica, Kacie and Juliet; great-grandchildren, Eliza, Carter, Landon and Audrey. Martha was preceded in death by husband, Bobby Joe Carter; daughter, Deanna Sue Corrie and brother, Billie Joe Bradley.

Services 12:30 p.m. July 21, 2016 at Forest Lawn Funeral Home - 1977 South State Road 135, Greenwood, where friends may call after 10:30 a.m. Entombment will follow at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens, Greenwood.
