Martha L. Kesterson, 82, of Indianapolis, died Tuesday, January 27, 2009. Mrs. Kesterson was born in Shelby County, Indiana on January 3, 1927. Martha was a registered nurse at St. Francis Hospital Beech Grove for a number of years. Martha was a member of the order of Eastern Star and the Southport Heights Christian Church. Surviving are two sons: John and Larry C. Kesterson. One daughter: Caranita Wolsieffer. One sister: Irmalee Kitchen, and a number of grandchildren and great grandchildren. Family will receive friends from 10:00 AM till time of service at 12:00 noon on Friday, January 30 at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, 1977 South State Road 135, Greenwood, IN 46143. Memorial may be given to St. Francis Hospital education fund for nursing students.
