Martha J. Roquet, 90, of Indianapolis passed away January 16, 2019. She was born in Indianapolis, IN on August 10, 1928 to Harry and Charlotte (McGinnis) Baker.

Martha grew up and lived on south side of Indianapolis and graduated from Southport High School in 1946. She married her husband George on July 27, 1947. She was a member of the Southport Presbyterian Church. Martha enjoyed working in the yard, her flowers, and was a immaculate housekeeper. She lived in East Hill Valley and had lots of friends and family whom she enjoyed spending time with. Martha was a loving and caring wife, mother and grandmother and will be dearly missed.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 64 years, George H. Roquet and brother, Harry Baker Jr.

Martha is survived by her son, Gregory (Stephanie) Roquet; daughter, Robin Roquet; brother, Don Baker; grandchildren, Ryan, Aaron, Dietra, Todd and Tiffani; great grandchildren, Nathan, Hayden, Kaylob, Kaylea, Dakota, Shauna and Nevaeh and niece and nephew, David Wene and Pam Pizzato.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 22, 2019 from 11:00 am – 12:00 pm with a funeral service at 12:00 pm in Forest Lawn Funeral Home, 1977 S. State Rd. 135, Greenwood. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.
