Marvella Joyce Purpura, 83, of Indianapolis, passed away October 4, 2015. Born December 15, 1931 in Indianapolis, she was the daughter of the late Charles O. and Vivian (McCray) Worth. She worked as a homemaker.
She was a 1950 graduate of Wood High School, in Indianapolis.
She is survived by her husband Carl J. Purpura; a son, James Purpura; a brother, Larry Worth; a sister, Sharon Kuchler.
Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m. Thursday, October 8, 2015 in Forest Lawn Funeral Home, 1977 South S.R. 135, Greenwood, IN 46143. Friends may call from 12:00 p.m. until time of burial, at the funeral home.
