Mary Catherine Eby, 65, of Franklin, IN died at her home Wednesday, November 4, 2009. Mary was born to the late John M. and Bertha R. Stull Stafford in Indianapolis, IN on December 19, 1943. Mary married Walter R. Eby on November 27, 1960 in Indianapolis and he precedes her. Mary was a member of Glendale Christian Church, Womem of the Moose and Business Womens Association. She also was active at one time with the girl scouts and boy scouts. Surviving are one son and daughter in law: Walter R. & Sherry Eby II. Three daughters and son inlaws: Pamela & Scott Jordan, Lori & Bob McAvene, and Karen & Randy Delk. One brother and sister inlaw: John & Jan Stafford. One sister and brother inlaw: Rita & Sam Eby. 11 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Family will receive friends from 3-5 PM Saturday with funeral service at 5:00 PM at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens and Funeral Home, 1977 South State Road 135 Greenwood, IN 46143. Burial will be at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens. Memorials may be givens to Riley Childrens Hospital.
