Mary Kathryn Frye, 87, of Indianapolis went home to our Lord Wednesday September 29, 2010 surrounded by her family. Mary was born on July 26, 1923 to the late Lew and Mary Hotz White in Brownstown, Indiana. She was a graduate of Brownstown High School and a graduate of Hoosier Business College of Indianapolis. Mary was a charter member of Southport Christian Church. She retired from the Thomas L. Green Company on the near Westside of Indianapolis. Mary married John E. Frye and he preceded her in death. Her favorite things in life were her family, friends, and church. She enjoyed traveling to new and exciting places with her husband and friends. Surviving are two daughters and son-in-laws: Pat and Nick Duda, Becky and Dave Holder. Two sons: Jeff and Denny Frye. One brother: Herbert White. Seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. She is preceded by her husband, parents, and a sister: Marjorie King and a daughter-in-law: Sylvia Frye. Family will receive friends from 4-8 pm Friday at Forest Lawn Funeral home.
