Mary A. Conner, Davis, Glazebrook of Indianapolis went to her Heavenly Home on May 11, 2008. She was born to the late Willie and Laura (Bell) Conner of Russell County, Ky. on October 12, 1924. Motherhood was her calling. She was a devoted Christian mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Her zest for life knew no boundaries; from gardening, cooking, playing guitar, sewing, singing and deeply loving all those who knew her. Mary is survived by her sisters Maureen (Pat) Murphy, Ina (Kenneth) Snow, Arlena (Glendon) Woodall, Ozena (Robert) Matney and brothers Norman, Jay and Annond Conner.Her children Leon, Lavonne, Larry, Loretta, Lonnie, Lesley, Jeffrey, Jane, Leisa, Destry, 23 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren.She was predeceased by her husband Leonard, son Eddie Lowell, daughter Laura Jean, grandson David Lee, brothers Raymond, Hurlan, sisters Magdelene and Connie.Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 14.2008 from 4:00 until 8:00 Funeral services will be on Thursday at 11:00 AM at Forest Lawn Funeral Home located at 1977 South SR 135, Greenwood IN. Burial will be at the Forest Lawn Cemetery.
